How to use

Use these cards as a way to ignite calm and connection. Reading one card each day at a regular time, for example before bed each night, is a great way to build a positive wellness routine. 🌅 🛌

🐚 First, read the story in a calm and positive voice.

🐚 Secondly, ask your child the emotion-based questions at the bottom of the card. These questions will likely lead to some beautiful conversations, where you can also share some thoughts and feelings with your child.
