We put a lot of effort into making sure items are protected when being packed and shipped, so that they arrive in the best possible condition. In the event, however, that your items are faulty, have errors or have been damaged whilst in transit, please contact us within 30 days of an order being placed by emailing info@youngwildandmindful.com with your order number and photos. We will happily work with you to resolve any issues and send you a replacement for the faulty or damaged items.
We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of an order being placed. To be accepted, however, the product must be returned in an un-opened condition with all tissue paper wrapping still in tact. Once inspected we will process the refund or credit note. If returning due to change of mind, the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Young, Wild and Mindful in Torquay, VIC, Australia.
